Elliott Hire’s Eco-Welfare range offers a selection of refurbished cabins and purpose built units to provide your employees with high quality, energy saving welfare accommodation.
The Eco-Welfare range includes, portable canteens, drying rooms, two-bedded sleeper cabins and the latest self-powered, effluent burning welfare unit and our solar powered portable welfare building.

Eco Canteen 32’ X 10’ (9.6m X 3m)

The Eco canteen comes complete with base unit, worktop, kitchen sink, taps and under sink water heater.
One or two central insulated doors can be linked to form an office complex and the units may be double stacked.
- Fully insulated floor, ceiling and walls. Double glazed windows.
- T5 lighting with PIR sensors.
- Heating with PIR and timers.

Eco-Solar Portable Welfare Unit

The Eco-Solar Portable Welfare unit is a purpose built six person portable welfare building providing comfortable on site welfare accommodation to your employees, whilst offering the latest energy saving features.
The unit consists of a plant room, drying area with heated wall, toilet and canteen complete with kitchen sink unit, worktop, cupboards, tables and chairs, fridge, microwave and kettle.
All the lighting, heating and appliances are powered by 6 photovoltaic roof panels via an inverter and battery system. An integrated back up LPG generator will start automatically should the batteries fall below their specified power level.
The Elliott Eco-Solar Portable Welfare unit has an energy performance certification of A+
